My therapeutic yoga session is gentle, healing, slow-paced class that focus on stillness and relaxation. It involves holding poses for several minutes, with the help of props like blocks, blankets, strap and bolsters. Studio may use dim lights and soft music to create a serene environment. You may focus on your breath and observe your thoughts, feelings, and sensations. 

Therapeutic yoga is generally considered safe for most people. This class is designed for beginner and intermediate students and offers highly effective yoga therapy lessons that will show you how to restore body. You'll learn how to set up your practice, refine breathing, stretch your limits, build strength and release physical and emotional tension.
